This Privacy Policy describes how Open Fire Manual ("we") processes personal data collected via this website, in compliance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) and Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003 as amended.
1. Data controller

2. What data we collect
Browsing data: IP address (truncated where possible), browser type, device, pages visited, referrer, timestamps. These data are processed in aggregate form for statistics and security and are not used to identify you personally. Voluntarily provided data: any data you send by writing to us via email. 3. Purposes and legal basis
a) Make the site work and keep it secure — legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR). b) Statistics on use, only with your consent — consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR). c) Reply to your messages — performance of pre-contractual measures (Art. 6.1.b GDPR). d) Comply with legal obligations — Art. 6.1.c GDPR.
4. Recipients
Data may be processed by technical service providers (hosting, CDN, analytics) acting as data processors under Art. 28 GDPR. We do not sell your data.
5. Transfers outside the EU
Some providers may be located outside the EU. In that case transfers happen on the basis of Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission and additional safeguards where required.
6. Retention
Browsing/statistics data: up to 14 months in aggregate form. Email correspondence: the time strictly necessary to handle the request, then archived in line with legal obligations. Consent records: up to 24 months.
7. Your rights
You can exercise at any time the rights under Articles 15–22 GDPR: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent (without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, www.garanteprivacy.it).

We may update this Policy. The current version is identified by the date at the top of this page.
